Password reset
To reset your password, please use the phone number or email that you provided at a Treatment room. If you no longer have the phone number that you had when you last contacted a Treatment room, please contact any Treatment room or call the Contact Center.
If you use the email method to recover your password and you do not receive an email, please check your Spam folder.
