About the AllergoChat Project
AllergoChat is a next-generation digital interactive platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI), designed to streamline allergy diagnostics and optimize the patient journey within the healthcare system.
The project's three key partners:
- Estrategia Unica, SL (Barcelona, Spain) - developer of the biomedical AI solution;
- KDL Olymp (Astana, Kazakhstan) - partner responsible for the implementation, localization, and clinical integration of the system (the primary partner in Kazakhstan);
- Divera (Astana, Kazakhstan) - medical centers providing a comprehensive approach to allergy diagnostics.

СDL Olymp's strategic leadership played a key role in the project as an active strategic partner.
Localization of the System
Working together with Kazakh allergists, СDL Olymp adapted the platform to local healthcare needs, taking into account:
- regional pollen calendars;
- dietary patterns and eating habits in Kazakhstan;
- environmental allergens characteristic of the country;
- specific approaches to allergy diagnostics used in local clinical practice.
Development of a Laboratory Diagnostic Strategy
СDL Olymp designed a cascade (reflex) testing system consisting of three levels:
- Level 1 (Screening): Based on the patient's responses, AllergoChat recommends the initial laboratory tests.
- Level 2 (Confirmation): If sensitization is detected, targeted diagnostic tests are automatically initiated.
- Level 3 (Final Strategy): Test results are integrated into the clinical decision algorithm to optimize the patient's diagnostic pathway.
This approach has enabled СDL Olymp to significantly improve the efficiency of the diagnostic process while reducing unnecessary laboratory testing.
Clinical Oversight and Validation
Physicians and specialists at СDL Olymp continuously refine the clinical algorithms in accordance with the principles of evidence-based medicine in allergology.
Integration into the Laboratory Workflow
