Discount system
The digital discount card is cumulative and entitles you to a 5% discount on the services of "OLYMP" CDL and the network of medical centers "DiVera" from the moment of its issuance.
If the total amount of services exceeds 500,000 KZT, the discount increases to 10%, and if the total amount exceeds 1,000,000 KZT, the discount increases to 15%. Services paid for at "OLYMP" CDL and MC "Divera" are added to the digital discount card.
The discount with a digital card is valid for individual and comprehensive tests (profiles, packages, check-ups).
Exceptions include:
- tests with a fixed price
- special offers
- services provided abroad
- collection of biomaterial
- discounts on patient's birthday
- allergen-specific immunotherapy (ASIT)
A complete list of fixed prices must be clarified individually at the biomaterial collection point (BCP).
The digital card entitles the registered cardholder to receive a discount and is personal. It cannot be transferred to other people.

In this case, each family member will have their own personal card, while all amounts will be credited to one shared savings account. This way, you can accumulate a discount faster and enjoy all the benefits of the program together.
Only cards with 5% and 10% cumulative discounts can be added to a family group.
How to get a digital card
- The digital discount card is issued by the treatment room administrator. To get one, you need to fill out a form and show your ID.
Preferential categories of clients
Participants and disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War are served free of charge (with a 100% discount), regardless of whether they have a digital discount card, on the basis of:
- War veteran ID card issued by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- War invalidity certificate issued by the social protection authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The following categories of customers are entitled to an additional discount of 5% (the total discount on the discount card for these categories of customers is 10%):
- Children under 18 years of age - based on a document confirming their age;
- Persons equated to participants and disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War - on the basis of a mark in the pension certificate for persons equated to participants and disabled veterans of the GPW in terms of benefits and guarantees;
- Pensioners (recipients of state social benefits for the loss of a breadwinner, due to age),
- Disabled persons,
- Mothers with many children (4 or more), mothers who are holders of the “Қүміс алқа" and "Алтын алқа" pendants - on the basis of relevant certificates, ID cards and references.
For those patients who register in treatment rooms and fill out paper questionnaires, we also offer the opportunity to obtain a digital discount card.
