Optimising the operation of the OLYMP CDL branches using digital technologies

We are glad to announce a new convenient way to interact with OLYMP CDL branches. In response to recent trends and market demands, we have taken a number of important measures to optimise the operation of our Biomaterial Collection and Receiving Points (BCPs) to ensure a higher level of service and efficiency, as well as to eliminate the use of seals at BCPs. Now you do not have to visit our BCPs to get your test results. You can use our existing telegram bot, your email or your OLYMP website profile.

What does that mean to you?

Quick access to results: As soon as the test results are ready, they can be emailed to you or automatically uploaded to your profile on the website. This allows you to get instant information about your health status without the need for an additional visit to the clinic.
Privacy and security: Receiving your results via email or a profile provides a high level of privacy. You only have access to personal information about your health, which protects your privacy.
Environmental aspect: Abandoning results in paper in favour of an electronic version helps to preserve the environment. It reduces the use of paper and other resources.
Convenient storage and accessibility: Electronic results are easy to store and access at any time. You can save electronic copies of your tests on your computer or mobile device for later use or to share with doctors.
Possibility of remote counselling: If you have any questions about your test results, you can contact the specialists in the Call Centre without visiting the BCP.
Order Status Notifications: you can receive notifications about the status of your order and the readiness of your test results through your personal cabinet or email. This helps you organise your time efficiently.
