ARVI-screen
ARVI-screen is a laboratory test designed to detect the most common viruses that cause acute respiratory infections. The analysis allows for quick identification of the viral nature of the illness and determines the specific pathogen.
Detects the following infections:
- RNA of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)
- RNA of metapneumovirus
- RNA of parainfluenza virus
- RNA of coronavirus (non–Covid-19)
- RNA of rhinovirus
- DNA of adenovirus
- DNA of bocavirus
ARVI-screen helps to:
- establish an accurate diagnosis;
- choose the correct treatment strategy;
- avoid unnecessary antibiotic prescriptions;
- prevent complications;
- assess the patient's contagiousness and determine preventive measures.
