Package "Primary diagnosis of allergy"
This diagnostic panel is intended for the initial examination of patients with allergy-like symptoms when a more detailed analysis is needed. Suitable for both children and adults.
The package includes 50 clinically significant allergens, covering key groups: pollen, household, epidermal, and food allergens.
Testing is performed using the ImmunoCAP method, recognized as the gold standard in laboratory allergy diagnostics, ensuring high sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility of results.
Package Composition:
Allergen panels are selected based on clinical relevance:
Pollen Allergens:
- Grass mix (gx2): Bermuda grass, ryegrass, timothy grass, meadow grass, sorghum, buckwheat
- Tree mix (tx9): alder, birch, hazel, oak, willow
- Weed mix (wx1): ragweed, mugwort, plantain, goosefoot, Russian thistle
Lamb's quarters (w15)
Household Allergens:
- House dust mix (hx2): Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, D. farinae, cockroach, mold (Hollister-Stier)
- Mold mix (mx2): Alternaria alternata, Cladosporium herbarum, Aspergillus fumigatus, Penicillium chrysogenum, Candida albicans, Setomelanomma rostrata
Epidermal Allergens:
- Ex1 mix: dander of cat, dog, horse, cow
Food Allergens:
- fx5 mix: milk, egg, fish, wheat, peanut, soy
