PCR for intestinal infections (AII) in stool/rectal swab
- acute diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever;
- prolonged or severe course of intestinal infection;
- outbreaks of acute intestinal infection in groups, examination of contacts;
- clarification of the pathogen in case of ineffective therapy
