Personal data
The User's personal data is processed for the purpose of providing the requested services. For the purposes of this consent to the processing of personal data, the processing of personal data is understood to mean a list of actions performed with personal data, including, but not limited to: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), both with and without the use of automation tools. The correct diagnosis and treatment plan depend on the medical history, symptoms, results of the medical examination, research data and laboratory tests, collectively assessed by the attending physician. The information provided here (as well as any other information received from someone other than the attending physician) cannot be used for self-diagnosis or self-treatment. Before changing, suspending or refusing the prescribed treatment, be sure to consult a doctor. Please pay attention that obtaining test results online is not possible in certain cases requiring post-test counseling of the patient, as stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (HIV). The results of histological, cytological studies, HIV, hepatitis are issued only upon personal application and presentation of an identity document. By receiving the results online, you confirm that all responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the laboratory test data obtained rests with you.
